A brand launch for Eloquii Plus-Size Fashion that challenged an unconscious weight bias for women at work, calling them to model something a little more unexpected – crushing it in the workforce. #MODELTHAT amplified the conversation around the daily bias faced by the 68% of American women who are a size 14 and above. The brand invited women to share how they’re modeling their badass skills to create positive impact, then showcased them in a 360 campaign.
